Returns & Refunds Policy (Portugal – Online Orders)
Customers have the right to return items purchased from our online store under the legal right of free withdrawal (“direito de livre resolução”), in accordance with Portuguese consumer law (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014).
Return period
You may return any item within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without needing to provide a reason.
Conditions for returns
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in the same condition in which they were received
- Include original packaging, labels, and accessories where applicable
How to request a return
To exercise your right of return, please contact us by email or through the returns form on our website within the 14-day period. A clear statement of your intention to return the item is sufficient under the law.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund the full amount paid (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your return request, in accordance with legal requirements.
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of returning the item may be borne by the customer, as permitted by Portuguese law.
